You Can Make a Difference

Shepherd’s Heartbeat would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for your generosity and warm heart to partner with a child.
Your annual gift of $360 or monthly gift of $30 will cover many essentials in this child’s life, that we often take for granted. These children would never have the means or opportunity to get an education without your sponsorship.

We ask you to write your child two times per year. Your letter will be sent by Shepherd’s Heartbeat, with supplies, to the sponsored children. Please include a picture of you and your family, as this will impact the children in ways you cannot imagine. Please send your letters so that they arrive at Shepherd’s Heartbeat by April 1st and August 1st each year. Please do not include contact information, such as your name or address in the letter, or send any money in the letter. (All funds should be transferred to your child through Shepherd’s Heartbeat.)

You may send a small gift for your sponsored child at these times. This could include, a toiletry kit (with soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb and deodorant), a school backpack filled with pencils, pens, ruler, erasers, scissors, crayons, markers and composition books, an age appropriate book, flip flops, and a dress for a girl or pants and shirt for a boy. Please contact Shepherd’s heartbeat before you send items not listed.
